Le lin<\/strong> est cultiv\u00e9 et teill\u00e9 en Normandie<\/strong>, grande terre de tradition pour cette plante s\u2019\u00e9panouissant id\u00e9alement dans ce climat oc\u00e9anique temp\u00e9r\u00e9. Il est ensuite fil\u00e9 en Europe, tiss\u00e9 et ennobli en Alsace ou dans les Vosges.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

L'origine de la laine<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Quant \u00e0 la laine<\/strong>, nous avons diff\u00e9rents fournisseurs. La laine en vrac<\/strong>, en flocon<\/strong>, qui apporte le gonflant aux confections, est lav\u00e9e et s\u00e9ch\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019ancienne en Auvergne<\/strong> (<\/span>laine blanche du Massif Central<\/a>) ou en Alsace<\/strong> (laine Texel) : deux races de mouton id\u00e9ales pour la matelasserie. La nappe de laine provient \u00e9galement d\u2019Auvergne. Le feutre<\/strong> est r\u00e9alis\u00e9, en partie par la fondatrice, directement chez un \u00e9leveur\/berger\/tondeur en Bretagne<\/strong>. Ce dernier a recr\u00e9\u00e9 la machine pour feutrer, \u00e0 partir de vieux moteurs, selon la technique des mongoles pour travailler le feutre pour leur yourte, Le feutre s\u2019obtient \u00e0 partir de la laine napp\u00e9e qui se densifie sous l\u2019effet du savon, de l\u2019eau chaude et des frottements.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Les points de fixation<\/strong> qui font le lien entre la laine et le lin sont en pure laine<\/strong> teint\u00e9e et r\u00e9alis\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re v\u00e9g\u00e9tale<\/strong> en Alsace<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Les boutons<\/strong> utilis\u00e9s sont en buis<\/strong> et proviennent du Jura<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Les coques de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales bio<\/strong> (millet, \u00e9peautre, sarrasin) proviennent d\u2019Allemagne \u00e0 la fronti\u00e8re fran\u00e7aise,<\/strong> \u00e0 une cinquantaine de kilom\u00e8tres de notre atelier. Les graines de lin bio<\/strong> utilis\u00e9es pour les bouillottes et bandeaux de relaxation sont fournies par un moulin en Alsace<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Le bandeau bleu, blanc et rouge est en coton et imprim\u00e9 en France<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>

Les \u00e9tiquettes sont des chutes<\/strong> en lin que la fondatrice s\u00e9rigraphie elle-m\u00eame<\/strong>, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la formation d\u2019une autre artisane alsacienne.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Nous trouvons \u00e9galement important de souligner que la France est le premier producteur mondial de lin<\/strong> et que cette fibre<\/strong> est enti\u00e8rement biod\u00e9gradable<\/strong>, recyclable<\/strong>, sans production de d\u00e9chets<\/strong>. Le lin pousse sans engrais chimique<\/strong>, sans irrigation<\/strong>.
