Elle aura moins de r\u00e9flexes, plus de difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 se concentrer et elle pourra aussi \u00eatre victime de migraines r\u00e9currentes.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sur le long terme, un sommeil de mauvaise qualit\u00e9 aura des cons\u00e9quences plus inqui\u00e9tantes pour la sant\u00e9. Pour qu\u2019il soit plus efficace, il est conseill\u00e9 de dormir entre 7h et 9h par nuit pour un adulte moyen (n\u2019ayant pas de probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9, pas de conditions physiques particuli\u00e8res, \u2026), bien s\u00fbr chacun est diff\u00e9rent.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cependant dormir 8 heures par nuit ne signifie pas avoir un sommeil de qualit\u00e9. En effet, notre sommeil est organis\u00e9 en plusieurs cycles durant en moyenne 90 minutes. Chaque cycle est compos\u00e9 de 4 phases principales : tout d\u2019abord vient le sommeil lent l\u00e9ger, ensuite le sommeil lent profond puis \u00e0 nouveau le sommeil lent l\u00e9ger et enfin le sommeil paradoxal.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si nous maintenons une r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 dans nos heures de sommeil, nos cycles pourront aussi se r\u00e9gler et il sera moins probable de se r\u00e9veiller lors d\u2019une phase de sommeil profond ou paradoxal, qui donnerait l\u2019impression d\u2019avoir mal
